Class Description
At Viva Yoga we specialize in the Bikram Method Original Hot Yoga, an open-eyed meditation consisting of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathing techniques. Our main focus is precision and intensity to strengthen small muscle groups and improve flexibility of both mind and body.
This class is designed to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, tendon, ligament and internal organ in the body. Class is performed in far-infrared long wave radiance heat to facilitate deeper stretching and injury prevention, while reducing stress and tension.
