  • Class is heated to 105° with 40% humidity to help stretch muscles safely, improve joint mobility and skeletal alignment. The Bikram method of yoga not only works your muscles but also massages deep tissues, glands and organs. As you sweat, you will flush toxins out of your body, rejuvenating from the inside out.

  • Our studio is equipped with far-infrared long wave radiance heating and ventilation systems by industry leader Heating Green.

  • We advise you not to eat a heavy meal in the 2 hours prior to class so your stomach is not full.

    Drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you are hydrated for class.

  • Wear something that is comfortable and allows you to move freely. We recommend:

    Women - shorts/leggings and a sports bra/top

    Men - Shorts with or without a t-shirt

    Avoid bulky, heavy clothing as you will be sweating.

    Please do not wear underwear to practice. All classes should be practiced barefoot.

  • Yes, we have a shower and changing room. There is also a spring water fountain on premises, so if you have a water bottle we encourage you to bring it!

  • A yoga mat, towels and water. These items are available for rent if you prefer.

  • Always try to arrive at least 15 minutes before class so you can get ready and settled in the room.

    Class check in opens 30 minutes before class begins. We ask that you please do not arrive before this time, as the studio will not be open until half an hour before class.

  • Not at all. The Bikram Yoga method is designed for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Each student works at their own pace, focusing on precise alignment and form in order to receive 100% benefits of the posture.
